The Shui Hau Birdwatching Tour is kicking off! As the autumn breeze arrives, the paddy fields of Shui Hau are slowly turning gold and the fragrance of rice is gently drifting through the air. Recently, migratory birds have begun to appear, including Yellow-breasted Bunting, Little Bunting, Asian Brown Flycatcher, Grey-streaked Flycatcher, Red-throated Flycatcher, Little Ringed Plover, Kentish Plover, and many more.
Shui Hau offers much more than rice fields—it is rich in diverse habitats: marshes, paddies, ponds, shrubs, and mudflats. Every corner holds surprises waiting to be discovered!
This autumn, let’s ride the cool wind, explore between mountain and sea, and discover the vibrant wetlands of Shui Hau together as we greet migratory birds from afar!
